The image below is what the user will see when first going to the GIS Web Tool and accepting the use agreement. This map can be zoomed into and out by using a scroll on the users mouse or by click the + or - button at the top left.

The image below shows the tools that are available to the user for selecting layers, base map choice, measuring, and detailed information is available by clicking on the i for how to navigate the map.
