Utility Bill late fees waived

The City’s online payment system is experiencing difficulties. 

To reduce the inconvenience to City utility customers, payment of bills due on August 5, 2023, WILL NOT BE CHARGED A LATE FEE. 

No matter how you pay your bill (in person, online, bank draft, etc.) the payment due date has been extended.

The following payment methods are available:

-Mail a check to: Utility Billing Payment, 116 W Bridge Street, Granbury, TX 76048,

-Pay in person at Granbury City Hall, 116 W Bridge Street, or,

-Make a payment over the phone by calling 682-205-1731.
