Utility Billing Update, Sept. 21

The City of Granbury Utilities Department thanks all our customers for their understanding during this system outage.

As we continue to restore our network, we are in the process of generating utility bills for the months of August and September. Any payments made for August and September will be reflected on the statements you receive. We are adjusting your due dates accordingly, and at this time we are not conducting any penalties, late fees or shut offs. As we are working through this process you will receive multiple delayed billing statements back-to-back. Please note, the due dates on each statement have been adjusted.

The City is temporarily not accepting credit card payments for utility bills. We realize this is an inconvenience to many people. We will resume credit card transactions as soon as possible.

Payments can be made by check, using the City Hall green drive-through drop box at 116 W Bridge Street, Granbury, TX 76048. Or in person by cash or check inside City Hall, 116 W Bridge Street, Granbury, TX 76048. Or mail a check to: Utility Billing Payment, 116 W Bridge Street, Granbury, TX 76048.

IMPORTANT - If you are on Bank Auto-Draft, the City is now able to draft your bank account. Your entire balance due will be drafted. If you have any concerns, please reach out to the Utility Billing department at 682-205-1731.

If you are on Self-Set-Up Credit Card Draft, please watch your account for missed payments. Self-Set-Up Credit Card Draft will not be processed during the network outage and will not draft missed payments when the network is restored.

Our hope is that customers begin to feel the process returning to normal as we enter the month of October.

We will continue to update you and we appreciate your understanding. Please follow us on www.granbury.org/UB
