Construction of the new City of Granbury South Wastewater Treatment Plant is in the final phase. It will be completed by early November.
The plant will produce water with even less phosphorus and nitrates. The water will continue to be sold to the Harbor Lakes Golf Club and also returned to Lake Granbury.
