Food Service Inspections
Inspections are conducted 2-4 times annually. Each inspection results in a score based on the number of violations found. Each score is based on a point system from 0-100, with a score of 100 being perfect. Each violation has a demerit value; this value is subtracted from 100 to give the inspection score. Food Protection Manager
The State of Texas and City of Granbury require all food service establishments to have a certified food protection manager on duty or available for contact during hours of operation.
