City Council Meeting are held in the City Council Chambers upstairs in City Hall located at 116 W. Bridge St. They are usually held on the first and third Tuesdays of each month. The meetings are open to the public, and start at 6 p.m.

City Hall is open 7:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. Monday through Thursday and 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. on Fridays.
The Visitors Center is located in Granbury Square Plaza at 201 E Pearl St. #101 (the corner of Pearl and Crockett). The Visitors Center hours are Mon - Fri, 8 a.m.-5 p.m., Sat 10 a.m. - 6 p.m., Sun 12:30 p.m. - 4:30 p.m. The Visitors Center phone number is 817-573-5548. Although US Highway 377 is in Granbury, it is not a City of Granbury road. The Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) is responsible for the maintenance of US Highway 377. Granbury's Mayor, Councilmembers and Staff are frequently in contact with State and Federal elected officials and TxDOT staff, seeking new information and faster timetables regarding highway improvements.
