Everyone is invited to the dedication ceremony for the new Granbury Police Department Headquarters, 2050 NE Loop 567, Granbury. It begins at 8:30 a.m. with a light breakfast, before a brief ceremony and tours of the new facility.

The City of Granbury is seeking resident’s, business owner’s, and/or short-term rental owner’s input at a Short-Term Rental Workshop (public meeting) at 6 p.m. in City Hall Council Chambers, 116 W. Bridge Street. Everyone is invited to attend.
The City is seeking input as part of the process of considering proposed changes to the City’s Zoning Ordinance and City Code. It is important to identify and prioritize concerns, and develop clear and enforceable guidelines for the regulation of short-term rentals.
The Planning & Zoning Commission (P&Z) discussed the proposal at their May 9, meeting. Some elements were identified as needing further consideration. These will be topics in the workshop.
