[ARCHIVED] The City of Granbury is accepting applications to fill vacant board and commission seats

Are you looking for an opportunity to serve your community and help shape the future of Granbury? The City of Granbury is accepting applications to fill vacant board and commission seats. There are two (2) vacant seats on the Granbury Cultural Arts Commission, one (1) on the Historic Preservation Commission, and one (1) on the Public Television Channel Advisory Board.


The purpose of the City’s advisory boards and commissions is to make recommendations to the City Council on a variety of issues impacting City services. To learn more about each board or commission’s powers and duties and usual meeting date, time, and location, or to review the Boards and Commissions Policy Manual, visit 
www.granbury.org/16/boards-commissions.

All applications should be submitted to the City Secretary’s Office as soon as possible, either in person at City Hall (116 W. Bridge St.), via mail (P.O Box 969, Granbury, TX 76048), or via email (
cawalker@granbury.org). Applications can be picked up in person at City Hall or downloaded online.

Applicants not appointed will be considered for future assignments as vacancies occur.
