On Saturday, May 1, the City of Granbury’s solid waste contractor, Waste Connections of Texas, will host their bi-annual bulk trash pickup starting at 7 a.m. Items should be placed outside the night before but must be placed curbside no later than 7 a.m. on May 1. Trucks will begin routes at 7:00 a.m. and will be completed by 1 p.m.
Bulk trash includes items such as refrigerators, a/c units, furniture, appliances, limbs, etc.
• Limbs must be cut and bundled in 4-foot lengths.
• Refrigerators, freezers, a/c units must have certification of Freon reclamation.
• Contractors will not pick up tires, paint, oils and liquids.
• There is a six-item limit, and you MUST be inside the city limits.
