Thanks to some quick moves from the City of Granbury’s Parks and Recreation and Human Resources Departments, the City will be reopening the Dana Vollmer Municipal Swim Complex (the “city pool”) to its normal operating hours on Wednesday.

Starting then, the pool will be open Tuesdays through Sundays, for normal operating hours and will only be closed on Mondays. The hours of operations will be Tuesday thru Saturday 11 a.m. to 7 p.m., and 1-6 p.m. on Sundays.

“I have almost all my staff back, so we want to open back up starting Wednesday,” said Christy Allen, Parks and Recreation Department Aquatics Manager and Events Coordinator. “It’s short notice, but we’re anxious to get back to work for our citizens.”
