Due to a major fiber cut that caused a Charter outage, City phone services for incoming and outgoing calls are down until further notice. Building to building phone calls are working.
If you need to contact the City before the system is back online, you may call 817-894-3349. However, this line may get backed up as it is the only one available.
Please note that this outage does not include 9-1-1 calls, as these do not go through the City's phone service. Please use 9-1-1 for emergencies.
