[ARCHIVED] No Current Water Restrictions for City of Granbury

It has come to the City of Granbury’s attention that the Oak Trails Shores (OTS) subdivision has recently experienced drinking water issues. This water system is operated by the SouthWest Water Company, and is completely outside and apart from the City’s water distribution system.

The City has received several questions from Granbury citizens concerning boil water notices and other water restrictions for the OTS water system, which is within Hood County, but outside of the City. If your water bill comes from the City of Granbury, any restriction notices from SouthWest Water Company DO NOT apply to your household or business.

There are no water restrictions currently in place for City water services, and the City continues to provide water quality of the highest level.

If you have questions about your City water services, please feel free to reach out to the Utility Administration Department at City Hall: (817) 573-1114 / http://www.granbury.org/577/Utility-Administration
