Records Division

The primary function of the Records Unit is: document retention, storage, destruction, and retrieval of both electronic and manual records. Other services include requests for open records materials, processing, and approval of reports to include incident and accident reports, local records checks, fingerprinting, alarm permits, wrecker permits, and monthly statistical reports. The Records Unit's hours of operation are Monday through Thursday, 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. and Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
